Caryl Shuham has been Board Certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar.
Marty Shuham is Vice-President of Governance and a member of the 2011-1012 Board of Directors of the Leadership Broward Foundation. He previously served several terms as a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce. He served as the 2007-2008 Chair of Broward County’s Senior Executive Orientation Program, co-sponsored by the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and the Leadership Broward Foundation.
In January 2012, Caryl will again be teaching Contracts and Contract Law for the Mechanical Contractors Association Institute of Project Management. The MCA offers this program twice each year in conjunction with the University of Texas in Austin.
Marty has been certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a County and Circuit Court Mediator. Marty is available to mediate cases in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties.
